Welcome to WORK VISA FOR YOU (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website and services related to visa application support (“Services”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PACKAGE OR SERVICE FROM WORK VISA FOR YOU, YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not purchase or use any of our packages or services.

By completing a purchase or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Work Visa For You provides support, training, and guidance services to assist clients with the preparation and organization of documents for visa applications.

We are not a government agency and do not issue, approve, or guarantee any visa. All visa outcomes are determined solely by the relevant immigration authorities.

Our role is limited to administrative support and documentation guidance based on the information provided by the client.

2. PAYMENTS

All service fees must be paid in full before any work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be made through the official secure payment link provided by Work Visa For You.

If a payment link expires or becomes inactive, a €55 administration fee will apply to issue a new link.

If you fail to complete payment or default on a payment, all future services must be paid in full in advance. No installment or deferred payment options will be available after a default.

Package upgrades are possible upon request, subject to a €55 administration fee per upgrade.

3. REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a 100% refund within 14 days from your purchase date or from the date of your first payment, whichever occurs first.

Refund requests must be made in writing to our support team within this 14-day period. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Once a refund has been processed, your account and all related services will be terminated immediately.

While we aim for customer satisfaction, no guarantee of results or visa approval is made. All visa decisions are made solely by immigration authorities.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are fully responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of all personal information and documents you provide.

Work Visa For You provides support, training, and guidance for your documentation only.
You are personally responsible for your own documents and for attending and performing in any required interviews or assessments.

We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or losses resulting from incomplete, false, or late information supplied by you.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Work Visa For You shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost, or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

Visa refusals, processing delays, or changes in immigration policies;
Errors or omissions in client-supplied documentation;
Any decisions or actions taken by immigration authorities.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. AMENDMENTS

Work Visa For You reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

SPECIAL UPDATE — EFFECTIVE 30TH AUGUST [2025]

Following the updated trade tariff regulations, this new tariff applies to all business and service transactions connected with the United States.

This means that any packages or services purchased before the tariff decision date (30th August) but not yet fully paid will now be subject to the new 50% tariff adjustment.

To make this transition easier for our clients, WORK VISA FOR YOU is offering a special flexible payment arrangement:

You may pay 50% of the total amount through our Easy Pay Link System.
This option is only available for our trusted clients who have always respected their payment due dates and have never defaulted or delayed payments in the past.

If the client has ever missed a payment due date or defaulted on a previous payment, this flexible payment service will not be available. In such cases, the full amount must be paid in advance before services continue.
